Integration Objects’ OPC Server SDK is an OPC Foundation certified Windows DLL (Dynamic Link Library) that hides the complexity of COM/DCOM communications and provides easy and flexible interfaces for specific OPC DA, DX and HDA server’s development.


Product features:

Implements the latest released specifications for OPC Data Access, Historical Data Access and Data eXchange.
Adds/removes OPC server COM entries in the Windows registry.
Allows out-of-process server developping to:

  • Perform synchronous/asynchronous real-time data reads and writes.
  • Provide full access to historical data for OPC HDA clients.

Act as a peer-to-peer gateway to collect data directly from OPC DA or DX source servers :

  • Encapsulation of all OPC Data eXchange functionalities.
  • Management of the DX database.
  • Data transfer from OPC DA/DX servers that comply with DA 2.0.

Offers simple callbacks functions to handle the communication with the real equipment.
An MFC OPC server sample certified DA 3.0 Compliance test.
