Integration Objects’ OPC DA Client SDK is a Windows DLL (Dynamic Link Library) that implements all required and optional OPC interfaces for both OPC Data Access 1.0a, 2.00 and 2.05a specifications.

This easy-to-use API ensures at once simplicity and flexibility of DA client application development with a real effort and time reducing. Indeed, it effectively helps developers overcome COM and OPC Data Access specification complexity.

Retrieve all OPC servers available on the network.

Manage multiple local and remote connections at OPC Servers at once.

It offers the following Data Access functionalities:

Items browsing.
DA groups managing.
Synchronous/asynchronous read and write actions of attributes values, their timestamps and their qualities from the DA servers.

It offers the following Historical Data Access functionalities:

Items browsing.
HDA Items Managing (Validate item, Get handle and release handle).
Collecting the historical data from the HDA servers.
Aggregates Retrieving over a time range, such as average, minimum, maximum�
Synchronous/asynchronous reading actions of attributes values and their timestamps from the HDA servers for a specified time domain and a given item.
Adding, updating or removing entries to/from the OPC HDA servers.

It offers the following Alarms and Events functionalities:

Items browsing.
Subscription Managing (Add, Remove).
Adding customized filter constraints to be applied on incoming alarms.
